OBJECTIVE: 
The project's goal was to find a solution for an ongoing issue in Baltimore. Specifically, the problem at hand is the scarcity of trees in lower-income neighborhoods, which leads to challenges for residents during hot summer weather, as they struggle to afford air conditioning.
SOLUTION: 
To address this challenge, I propose the development of an apartment complex that prioritizes affordable and environmentally friendly living. This approach will provide cost-effective housing options to residents in exchange for volunteer hours dedicated to nature conservation efforts, such as tree planting.
